About the index
The AI Visibility Index is a composite score (0–100) measuring citation-readiness across five answer engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews. Scores are blended from answer presence (is the domain mentioned?), citation share (how often cited vs competitors?) and sentiment quality (accurate and positive characterisation?).
Methodology note
All domains are illustrative samples. The full index covers 1,200 real domains across 40 verticals, available to subscribers. Scores reflect a rolling 4-week sample window of 480+ prompts per domain cluster.
